Experience Required
Essential: Upto 2 years of experience in the military/police or civilian guarding company of good repute.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee, fault-correct and report on the daily activities of Security Guards at all TP technical sites.
• Monitor shift activities of guards at sites to ensure they do not contravene contractual arrangements.
• Strictly monitor the presentation, bearing and attitude of guards and ensure their interaction with customers and employees meets agreed standards.
• Maintain a security blotter and complaint register at cell sites.
• Report any incidents to Manager, Network Security.
• Control site access at cell sites.
• Undertake measures to reduce the threat and/or incidents of theft, vandalism, etc. at cell sites.
• Maintain a database of all faults, work permits, etc.
• Coordinate any issues with Technical division to improve the security of network sites.
• Help organize and run projects related to cell sites.
• Help in conflict resolution at sites, e.g. with landlords, neighbors, authorities, etc.
• Respond to any incident/accident at any network site.
Education/Professional Qualification
Minimum: Graduate
Skills required
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good personal presentation skills.
• Should be computer literate and able to perform basic clerical work.
• Communications skills: English and Urdu – able to understand and verbally communicate easily.
